PUBLIC NOTICE Of Public Hearing Town of Charlestown, NH PLANNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the Charlestown Planning Board will hold the following public hearings on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Silsby Library Community Room, 26 Railroad St. Charlestown, New Hampshire for:

2026-SUB-001 Subdivision Application of Travis and Samuel Putnam who seek final Subdivision approval for the creation of a two (2) lot subdivision of their approximately 52.8 acre parcel identified as Map 241, Lot 006 located on Sam Putnam Road in the Mixed Use zoning District, Zone E. District.

2026-SPR-002: Site Plan Review Application of Stephanie Merritt for a change of use at property identified as Map 106, Lot 078 owned by Ralph’s Supermarket, LLC for a hair salon contained within a 49’ x 19’ foot space within the existing building located at 741 Old Claremont Rd. within the Rural Residential (Zone A-1) District subject to the Drinking Water Protection District (DWPD) overlay , where such use is permitted in Zone A-1 and the DWPD without restriction.
